We are decorating the quilts that will cover us up to make fantastic art for calendars, diaries, cards and notepads. A great fundraiser for our school!

Newspaper creations
It was very cool experimenting with newspaper for our WOW costumes.We had lots of fun.
We tried:
folding
cellotaping
cutting
gluing
scrunching
ripping
rolling
concertina folding
screwing up
twisting
shaping
twirling
stapling
our newspaper to make some costumes.
Don't they look AMAZING!

Making our own Jump Rope HEART

We have been making our very own Jump Rope for Heart hearts!
We had to listen carefully and follow all the instructions!
1. Fold the paper in half
2. Draw half a heart shape
3. Cut it out and open it up
4. Draw on eyes, a nose and a mouth
5. Colour it in brightly
6. Concertina fold (fan-fold) 2 arms and 2 legs
7. Staple on the arms and legs
8. Add hands and feet (or shoes)
9. Add a skipping rope too!
We laughed because of all the laughing faces we made!
Why not have a go at making another Jumping Heart!... or maybe you can make a different shape!
