Wormy Wednesday

We have been designing some AMAZING worms 
for every class especially for Wormy Wednesday. 
It was a real team effort. We worked with a 
partner and combined our ideas for our worms 
by tracing the parts we liked from each 
others drawing. That means that every class 
gets it very own individualised worm! At 
assembly we will hand them out and then 
wait and see which class gets their worm 
all coloured in FIRST - maybe it will be us!!!!

Maths activities

One of our favourite maths games is the fishing game.
There are fake fish and you try to catch them. If you catch
 a fish you have to answer the maths question. If you get it
 right you keep the fish. The person who collects the most
 fish wins the game. It's a great way to practice our basic facts!

Learning about the CHEER values

In Room 14 we are going to try really hard to 
achieve Boulcott School's CHEER values so 
we have been learning what they all mean for us! 
The first one is CONFIDENCE!
We used a Y-chart which has 3 sections. 
What Confidence feels like, looks like and sounds like.
